  • Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager and Studio Manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and product fulfillment processes.
  • Identify high-yield sales opportunities and events not currently on our agenda, contributing to the expansion of our brand presence.
  • Attend networking events, when scheduling permits, to enhance brand awareness and visibility within the community.
  • Travel to retail and mobile events within and outside Ohio, including weekends and weekdays as scheduled.
  • Organize and run studio sales events locally and offsite for corporate workplace pop-up initiatives.
  • Identify and train assistants in multiple cities to support retail events and tradeshow opportunities.
  • Assist in wholesale efforts during the off-season through cold calls and outreach to secure wholesale accounts.
  • Perform manual labor, including loading/unloading commercial vehicles and setting up/tearing down booths at various locations.

  • Enthusiastic about educating clients on the brand, processes, and history with a commitment to quality and service.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; access to our provided commercial van for transport to and from events.
  • Preferred experience in both high volume B2B and B2C sales with a desired background in the fashion industry or a fashion-adjacent field.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 to 35 pounds of goods and fixtures during the unloading and setup process.
  • Capacity to learn our Shopify POS system and inventory management tools with preferred knowledge of Apple products and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Astute depth of knowledge in negotiations and financial matters is highly valued.


  • Starting salary of $35,000 - $37,000 based on qualifications/experience with commission earned on sales. Commission can be around $12-18k per year.
  • Bonuses awarded for achieving preset quarterly and annual goals, providing opportunities for additional rewards and recognition.
  • Flexible hours with travel expenses and per diem covered for off site retail events.
